• Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
• During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
• U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: Usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or postal service delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order weight.
• Free U.S. shipping may be available on select promotions or minimum order amounts.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs holds.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us at saltyhygienist@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.
Order Changes
Because each product is made to order, we cannot guarantee changes once your order enters production. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item at no additional cost (see our Exchange Policy for full details).
